2 cups all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup cold butter or margarine
3/4 cup cold milk
Butter or margarine to spread
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl.

Cut in the butter until crumbly

Stir with fork until it forms a ball
Add a bit more milk if necessary to make a soft dough.
Knead 10 times on a lightly floured surface.
Roll 1/4 in thick.

biscuits from the supermarket and just do the cut through the
centre and follow the instructions from there.
