Punch

7UP PUNCH

This recipe makes a beautiful green punch for
weddings, St Patrick's Day. Christmas or any
special occasion.
For a White Weding Punch
use vanilla ice cream and 7-UP leaving small bits
of ice cream for each punch cup.

2 quarts lime sherbet
3 quarts 7-UP chilled

Spoon sherbet into a large punch bowl: pour in 7-UP
to taste.
Stir carefully until most of the sherbet has
dissolved and punch is a colorful green.
Makes 36 punch cup servings.
