Michelin Man's favorite

BUTTERSCOTCH MARSHMALLOW COOKIES

An easy to make cookie that you use the Top of the
Stove and then chill.

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 (6-ounce) packages butterscotch chips
4 cups colored or white miniature marshmallow

Melt peanut butter, butter and butterscotch chips
in top of double boiler; stir to blend.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Gently stir in marshmallow.
Pour into buttered 9-inch square dish.
Chill.
Cut into squares.
Makes 3 dozen.
